Participant Guide for TMC 2020

*签到凭证：请出示身份证或护照原件，进行实名制刷证件识别身份，完成签到，领取听会证件。

05 参会者防疫须知

Information on Epidemic Prevention for Participants

①严格按照实名制注册参会执行，提供真实有效的身份信息及住址，如信息不符或提供虚假信息者无法参会。

Registration with real-name is required for allparticipants, if the information is inconsistent or provides false information, the participants cannot attend the meeting.

②参会人员进入场馆前需自行备好口罩，不戴口罩不得入内。

Pleasebring masks by yourself and wear a mask when entering the exhibition hall of Shanghai Automotive Exhibition Center (the meeting place).

③参会人员体温正常且随申码为绿色方可进入展馆。

Participants with normal temperature and whose 随申码 is green can be allowed to enter the hall.

④参会时，请保持适当距离。

Please also keep social distance when you attend the meeting.

注释：如何生成随申码?

Notes: How to get Shanghai QR Code?

①打开支付宝，搜索“随申办”进入小程序，页面中点击“随申码”。如已经过支付宝实名认证且经过健康信息登记，可以直接获取码。由于实名认证及健康信息认证需要2天左右，请在会前完成认证操作。

You should first complete identity verification in Alipay before getting your Shanghai QR code. After verifying your identity in Alipay, search for “随申办” (pinyin: Sui Shen Ban; meaning: Shanghai Public Services Online), and enter the mini program.

Click on “随申码” (meaning: Shanghai QR Code), and the system will generate your code after big data analysis. Since real name authentication and heath information certification TAKE ABOUT 2 DAYS, please complete the above operations before the meeting.
